Someone did exactly this a few years back in a conversation with, I believe, a candidate for Congress. I don't recall names or details but I do recall much of the conversation. Feel free to use this on Herman Cain or anyone else proposing a death fence along the US-Mexican border.
I paraphrase the dialogue:
"So you want to put up an electric fence along the border>"
"Yes, that's correct."
"And anyone who touches the fence, say tries to climb over it, gets electrocuted."
"Yes, that's correct."
"So that person will die."
"Yes, they would."
:How about a mother carrying her child, would that child die too?"
"Yes, it's the mother's decision to touch, to attempt to climb the electric fence, and if she makes that choice the child she is carrying would die, too."
"So you support abortion on demand?"
